Each year, we invite you to join our friends, chefs and pitmasters to a Master Class like no other. This Master Class Demonstration of barbecue techniques with legendary pitmasters visiting us from around the country. Join us as we fire up the pits, creek side at the historic Coastal Discovery Museum where you’ll join our pitmasters for a lesson in all things live fire. You’ll experience unique and correct techniques for cooking on open flamel, how to prep meats for the barbecue. And the best part….you’ll get to sample a bite or two along with a craft beers and a cocktail or two. Secrets of a Pitmaster Master Class is held from 5:30 - 6:30 PM.
