In addition to the events on the postcard above, UWI also presents the Uptown DORA (Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area), the Historic Plaques on Uptown commercial buildings, the Westerville Art Hop, the Uptown Cookie Walk and also added Uptown Westerville to the National Parks Services listing as a Historic Commercial District.
About the event
The Craft Brew Festival in the former Dry Capital of the World
Make Uptown your destination for a great night out Aug. 9th at our annual Uptown Untapped festival.
A dozen or more craft breweries will set up to sell their wares. Food will be offered by Uptown eateries. Live music, entertainment, games and scores of our friendly Untapped volunteers will create a great atmosphere. And gluten-free drink choices will be available for those not into to hopping it up!
This event is only for those over the age of 21. All participants must show ID to enter. No exceptions. Event will be held Rain or Shine.
Uptown Untapped sets up along the first block of East Main Street. Usually held the second Saturday of each August, Untapped takes over the roadway and adjacent parking lots both north and south of Main.
Enter from State Street adjacent to the Old Bag of Nails. Have that ID ready!
