About
Overlea ArtsFest is a volunteer-run, 501c3 organization dedicated to supporting emerging artists in the Baltimore area. The festival is free to the public as a service to promote the arts and artists in the greater Baltimore community.
Our festival is held in partnership with BCRP's Holt Park & Center for the Arts, and is funded by grants from Baltimore County, the Maryland State Arts Council, Rosedale Federal Bank, in-kind donations and generous patrons like you!
Our team is working diligently to bring you the best ArtsFest yet! If you would like to contribute to our cause, we would greatly appreciate it. All donations will go to this and future events. Even a small donation of $5 or $10, the price of a cup of coffee, helps us reach our goal!
