Start your day with movement, fresh air, and good energy, led by Emma Uvena with Strongside Fitness. Breathe, stretch, and set the tone for your day.
Evening Yoga on the Green – Wednesdays at 7:00 PM
After an incredible indoor winter series, we’re taking the midweek reset outdoors! Join us every Wednesday evening for a flow designed to help you relax, refresh, and recenter—all under the open sky.
Location: The Green at The Mill
Cost: $5 per session
Come for the movement, stay for the community. No matter your level, there’s a place for you. See you on the mat!

Parking instructions
There is plenty of space to park at The Mill. For our main parking lot, follow Reformation Parkway all the way to the Green and Reformation.
For Railside parking in the back, limited spots are available near our back entrance, and more parking available in front of Strongside Fitness.
