TEMP HEALTH PERMIT APPLICATION INFORMATION:

Once you click on the link you will need to click on INSPECTIONAL SERVICES and scroll down and choose TEMPORARY FOOD LICENSE. Each applicant will need to upload their ServSafe Managers and Allergen Awareness certifications as well as a copy of their current Health Dept. permit. There are also 2 City of Worcester documents attached to the application that will need to be filled out.
HEALTH, FIRE & INSURANCE INFORMATION:
If you are not licensed to Worcester, you will need to get inspected BEFORE the event or make arrangements with the WFD to inspect you onsite.
Make sure you have a recent fire inspection along with an updated tagged Fire Extinguisher. You will need to reach out to the Worcester Fire Dept on your own for this inspection and permit. THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE PRIOR TO THE EVENT!
If you are going to utilize 2 or more propane tanks larger than grill size... You will need a propane permit if it is NOT on a food truck (APPLICATION IS IN THE EVENTENY FOLDER)
The Health Department will be on site the morning of doing inspections. There are no refunds if you are sent home by either of these departments.

You will receive a load-in email with all the information regarding setup and breakdown information on Monday, October 6, 2025. If you are a trailer you will have to unhitch your truck and park in the parking lot. There is LIMITED free parking for vendors in the underground garage. You can also park on the streets around Worcester Common as well.
YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY WHEN WE APPROVE YOU. Payment is due at registration!
