Requirements:
- All products must be handmade or designed, no MLM or mass produced products - This form is for handmade goods vendors only!*
- All vendors are responsible for bringing their own setup materials - tents, tables, chairs, clothing racks, tent weights, lights (for night markets) etc & setup/breakdown in a timely manner.
- TENTS REQUIRE WEIGHTS (20 lbs. per tent leg recommended)- If you do not have weights you will be asked to break down your tent and only have tables setup.
- For later/evening events we recommend battery powered lights
- We do not provide external power access at ANY of our events. Contact us if you need power or plan to bring a generator.
- If accepted, vendors will be emailed with load-in information
- Your vending spot is ONLY reserved after acceptance and payment is received. We will not hold an unpaid vendor spot, and vendors will be charged upon acceptance
- In the event of inclement weather we will notify vendors early the morning-of the event and your fee can be transferred forward to another event with remaining availability.
