• Vendor fees are Non-refundable or transferable unless Whimsy Market cancels or reschedules the event.
•  All events are rain or shine.

• During setup and breakdown, you will have to park at a fenceline and walk your stuff to your booth space. It is not extremely far but, depending on your booth location, you could be going up to 100ft from your vehicle. We reccomend bringing a wagon or help for this process. There is no driving on the farm unless you vend out of a trailer. Spots are also on grass so please keep that in mind.
