If you cannot pay, please do not submit the application yet. • Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, in the rare event of a cancellation without a rescheduled date, a 50% refund will be issued. Please note that if an event is rescheduled due to weather or other uncontrollable circumstances, refunds will not be provided once a new date is set. • All events are rain or shine.  

• During setup and breakdown, you will be able to pull up near your spot and unload. You will then be shown where to park. This is outdoors and not in a shaded area.
