Attendee Terms and Conditions Welcome to the "What the Flow: A Spiritual Community Jam" event. By attending this event, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions: 1. Admission Admission to the event is free and open to the public. Attendees must follow all instructions provided by event staff and volunteers  to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants. 2. Conduct Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and courteously toward other attendees, vendors, performers, speakers, and event staff. Disruptive, inappropriate, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without prior warning. 3. Participation Participation in any activities, jam sessions, or sessions offered at the event is voluntary. Attendees are responsible for assessing their own physical and mental health and determining whether they can safely participate in activities such as yoga, sound healing, and other offerings. 4. Vendor Marketplace The marketplace features a variety of vendors, intuitive readers, and holistic healers. Any goods or services purchased from vendors are at the attendee’s discretion. The event organizers are not liable for any interactions, transactions, or agreements made between attendees and vendors. 5. Health and Safety The event organizers prioritize the health and safety of all participants. Attendees are expected to follow any posted health and safety guidelines. If you feel unwell or experience any symptoms of illness, we kindly ask that you refrain from attending the event. 6. Liability Attendees participate in the event at their own risk. The event organizers, Intuitive WTF Events, Light Warrior Collective, and Unity of Walnut Creek, are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages sustained during the event. 7. Photography and Media By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and archival purposes. If you do not wish to appear in event media, please inform a member of the event staff upon arrival. 8. Personal Belongings Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The event organizers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. 9. Event Changes or Cancellations The event organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, offerings, or venue without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, notification will be provided through official event channels. 10. Agreement to Terms By attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
