Welcome to the Philip H. Kohl MOSAIC Family Commons! We are committed to ensuring that all attendees have a wonderful and safe experience at our Wellness Wednesday Classes. We kindly ask you to review the following terms, conditions + safety guidelines to facilitate a smooth and enjoyable event for everyone. General Guidelines Stay Informed: Make sure to regularly check the MOSAIC at Chatham Park website, social media (@mosaicatchathampark) and/or event ticketing website for updates regarding weather, safety protocols, or other important announcements. Be Respectful: Treat fellow attendees, performers, security, and staff with kindness and respect. Any form of harassment or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the Philip H. Kohl MOSAIC Family Commons/Lot O. Event Ticket Guidelines Get Tickets in Advance: To ensure entry, it is recommended to get your free tickets online before the event date. Tickets may sell out due to capacity limits, so act fast! Keep Your Ticket Accessible: Whether you have a digital ticket on your phone or a printed version, make sure it is easily accessible when entering the venue. Transferability: Check if tickets can be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. Follow the proper procedure if transfers are allowed. Safety Measures Prohibited Items: Include weapons and illegal substances. Emergency Exits: Familiarize yourself with the location of emergency exits and follow staff instructions in the event of an emergency. Lost & Found: If you have lost an item, please visit our website at . We kindly ask that you submit a general inquiry regarding your lost item, including the date, time, and location of the incident. Environmental Considerations Sustainability: Help us keep the venue green by disposing of waste in appropriate recycling and trash bins located around the Philip H. Kohl MOSAIC Family Commons. Weather Preparedness: Please consult the weather forecast and dress accordingly. Ensure you bring sunscreen, hats, or rain gear as necessary, and remember to stay hydrated. Family-Friendly Environment Children's Area: A designated family area located at the back of the event lawn is available for children to play. Children's Safety Guidelines: Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times during the event. To ensure the safety of all attendees, the use of recreational balls for kicking or throwing, as well as climbing on the stage or the concrete chairs, is strictly prohibited. Parents must remain with their children at all times. Failure to comply with these rules, following multiple warnings, will result in removal from the Philip H. Kohl MOSAIC Family Commons. Noise Sensitivity: Ear protection is recommended for young children or those sensitive to loud sounds. Beverage Water Stations: Stay hydrated by utilizing the complimentary water fountain(s) located at the back of the Tommy Edwards Stage near the restrooms. For Indoor Barre3 classes, please bring your own water bottle/water. Smoking Policy No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the Philip H. Kohl MOSAIC Family Commons. Designated smoking areas are available outside of event area. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Transportation & Parking Event Lawn (Outdoor Wellness Wednesday Class- YMCA, Yoga, Pilates) Parking Lot Options: Parking for the event is conveniently available at 367 Freedom Parkway, Pittsboro, NC 27312. You can park in the Greek Kouzina/Lux Nails parking lot and the adjacent parking lot. Handicap Parking Lot + Drop Off Site: For those requiring handicap parking or drop off, reserved spaces and a drop off site is available at 120 MOSAIC Blvd, Pittsboro, NC 27312. This is located in the parking lot for 79 West and Hops & Berry Taproom. Upon arrival, please have your handicap placard ready to place in your car. Barre 3 (Indoor Wellness Wednesday Class) Parking Lot: Parking for the event is conveniently available at 120 MOSAIC Blvd. #160 Pittsboro, NC 27312. You can park in the Barre3 parking lot. Public Transit: Consider using public transportation to reduce your carbon footprint and avoid parking congestion. Check local transit schedules for convenient routes to the Philip H.
