We’re excited to invite you to apply to be a part of WellFest 2025, happening on March 14, 2025, from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM at Lawrenceville Lawn. This event is focused on students and mental wellness, and we are looking for student clubs whose offerings align with the event’s mission of promoting well-being, self-care, and mental health awareness.

This application is for student clubs offering original, hand-made items, or providing services and activities that support mental wellness, self-care, or relaxation. Examples include crafting, wellness products, educational materials, or interactive experiences that promote mindfulness, stress relief, or mental health awareness. We encourage student clubs whose work supports these initiatives. Please note, we do not allow vendors offering competing products or services that do not align with the event’s mission.

While we plan to host WellFest at Lawrenceville Lawn, which can accommodate up to 40 vendors, inclement weather may require us to move the event to the Lawrenceville Art Center, which has a reduced capacity. As a result, club participation may be subject to availability, and we will communicate any changes as soon as possible.

Applications will be reviewed and accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. We can’t wait to see what your club brings to WellFest 2025 and look forward to partnering in support of student mental wellness!
