About the application

We’re looking for passionate and dedicated volunteers to help bring Pokémon Journey: Back to Kanto to life! Whether you're a seasoned event volunteer or new to the experience, this is a great opportunity to be part of an exciting, fan-driven event while gaining hands-on experience in event management. Help keep the Pokémon Journey: Back to Kanto Marketplace running smoothly by assisting with merchandise booths and vendor relations. Responsibilities: • Assisting vendors with booth setup and coordination • Helping with merchandise inventory and sales • Managing event-exclusive merchandise sales and checkouts • Providing information about vendor locations and promotions Event Protocol & Setup/Breakdown: • Volunteers must be comfortable handling transactions and interacting with vendors. • Setup time: Saturday, October 11, 2025 (6:00 AM - 9:00 AM). • Breakdown: Sunday, October 12, 2025 (7:00 PM - 11:00 PM).

Terms & Conditions

By submitting a volunteer application, you agree to the following: • Commitment & Attendance: Volunteers must commit to at least one full shift. If you cannot attend, you must notify event organizers at least 48 hours in advance. • Conduct & Responsibilities: Volunteers are expected to be professional, respectful, and follow all event guidelines. • Dress Code & Identification: Volunteers must wear the provided event badge and T-shirt while on duty. • Liability & Safety: Volunteers assume all risks associated with their role. Pokémon Journey: Back to Kanto and its organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. • Perks & Benefits: Volunteers will receive a free event T-shirt, complimentary snacks, and access to exclusive behind-the-scenes areas.
