Trainer Experience Volunteer

We’re looking for passionate and dedicated volunteers to help bring Pokémon Journey: Back to Kanto to life! Whether you're a seasoned event volunteer or new to the experience, this is a great opportunity to be part of an exciting, fan-driven event while gaining hands-on experience in event management. As a Trainer Experience Volunteer, you’ll interact directly with guests, ensuring they have fun and are engaged throughout the event. Responsibilities: • Assisting with event activities, scavenger hunts, and mini-games • Helping at tournament and battle zones (Pokémon GO, Trading Card Game, Video Games) • Managing cosplay and photo op stations • Guiding attendees through interactive attractions and answering questions Event Protocol & Setup/Breakdown: • Volunteers must attend a mandatory training session before their shift. • Must be energetic, friendly, and knowledgeable about event activities. • May need to stand or walk for extended periods.

By submitting a volunteer application, you agree to the following: • Commitment & Attendance: Volunteers must commit to at least one full shift. If you cannot attend, you must notify event organizers at least 48 hours in advance. • Conduct & Responsibilities: Volunteers are expected to be professional, respectful, and follow all event guidelines. • Dress Code & Identification: Volunteers must wear the provided event badge and T-shirt while on duty. • Liability & Safety: Volunteers assume all risks associated with their role. Pokémon Journey: Back to Kanto and its organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. • Perks & Benefits: Volunteers will receive a free event T-shirt, complimentary snacks, and access to exclusive behind-the-scenes areas.
