About the application

Shifts are 2-4 hours. Volunteers who apply by May 18th, 2025 & work a minimum of 4 hours will be guaranteed a T-shirt in their preferred size. Applications will close on Sunday, June 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM. Volunteers for the Wine Tasting must be 18+. Volunteers who are 21+ and volunteer for the Wine Tasting will receive a free Wine Tasting. Volunteers for the general shifts must be 14+. More information to come upon volunteer application approval. Stay tuned!

INDEMNITY - By submitting this application, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lavender Festival, Jackson Square Association and its members, and the City of Oak Ridge, their officers, employees, and agents for any claims, damage costs and attorney fees for injuries or damages arising from our participation in Lavender Festival. PERMISSION - I give permission for the use of the images supplied with this application, for promotional purposes. - I give permission to link my website from the promoter's web page.
