Volunteers will assist staff with managing vendors upon arrival and departure. Volunteers are needed for vendor check-in, vendor coordination, and vendor departure. Read the descriptions below for more information. Nine (9) ninety (90) minute volunteer slots are available for vendor management.
Vendor Check-In: Volunteers will check in vendors as they arrive and direct them to their assigned booth space once they have been checked in. A list with all participating vendors will be distributed to volunteers the day of the event. Vendors will have an assigned space upon arrival. Check-in volunteers should defer to site coordinator volunteers in order to unload and exit the park.
Vendor Coordinator: Volunteers will assist vendors as they unload booth equipment and direct vendors when exiting the park. On the day of the event, volunteers will be provided with a map of all booth spaces and participating vendors.
