As a volunteer for ART CRUSH events, you play a vital role in creating a welcoming and engaging experience for attendees while representing both the event and the Arts District of Winston-Salem. By signing up to volunteer, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Representation & Conduct
-While volunteering, you are a representative of ART CRUSH events and the Arts District of Winston-Salem.
-Volunteers must act professionally, courteously, and in a manner that reflects positively on the event and its organizers.
Volunteer Identification & Responsibilities
-Volunteers must wear the designated pink ART CRUSH volunteer vest while on duty.
-While actively volunteering, you are expected to focus on your assigned tasks and assist with event operations as needed.
Alcohol & Patronage Policy
-While wearing the ART CRUSH volunteer vest and actively volunteering, you are not permitted to consume alcohol or patronize local bars.
-If you wish to enjoy the event as an attendee, you must remove your volunteer vest and conclude your volunteer duties before doing so.
Commitment & Accountability
By signing up to volunteer, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in dismissal from the volunteer role and impact future participation opportunities.
