About the application

The Block Captains help the parade participants find their place in the staging area and prepare them to start moving when the time is right. Block captains will be asked to walk alongside the parade participants to ensure the groups stay within the pace of each other. Suggested items to wear and bring: Coat, gloves, comfortable and slip resistant shoes, We will have you meet at the Valley Credit Union parking lot (3100 2nd Ave) to get your block assignments and paperwork and provide some basic "what to expect" orientation for our new Block Captains. All volunteers will be given a food and beverage voucher to be used at the Celtic Fair or in the beer garden.

Terms & Conditions

- Volunteer must be able and willing to be outside in winter weather. - Volunteers are representatives of the Downtown Billings Association team and are asked to always remain kind and respectful to all persons. - Volunteers must be able to walk/wheel at least 3 city blocks.
