Clean Team Volunteer Aplication

Do you love your downtown? Do you wish to keep it what it is - creative, colorful, and connected? Do you have an hour after work to dedicate your time? By joining your neighbors in one or more Clean Team events, we can keep Downtown Joplin looking fresh and alive. Bring your employees, coworkers, and friends, we'll bring the rest*. We'll all meet up at the location listed in the header by the date (ex: March 1, 2025 we'll meet up at Joplin Avenue Coffee). If you are unable to attend our Clean Team events and still want to help, we ask you to gather friends, family, or coworkers to take 10-15 minutes walking around your work, home, or favorite hangout and helping to keep it beautiful by cleaning up any trash and debris. Share the before and after pictures of your efforts with us and tag Downtown Joplin Alliance - we would love to share what you've been up to! If you find anything hazardous, call the city to have them safely remove the item(s). *Bringing extra brooms, rakes, or gloves earns brownie points.
