Footwear: Closed-toe shoes are mandatory to prevent injuries and provide adequate support during events.
Physical Requirements: Volunteers must be prepared to lift items weighing over 15 pounds throughout the event. This is a critical part of the role and ensures that setup and operations run smoothly.
General Conduct: Always maintain a professional demeanor and be ready to assist where needed. Ensure you are punctual and prepared for your shift, as this reflects on the team and event success.
Free Meal + Break: Meals will be provided to volunteers for their support during the event series. Please get with the Event Manager, Savannah Fox and she will coordinate a 30-minute meal period for volunteers to eat their complimentary food + break.
Cell Phones: Personal cell phones are utilized for communication during events. Please ensure your device is charged and that notification sounds are enabled to remain informed and responsive to the needs of the team.
Incident Reporting: Report any incidents or injuries immediately to the Events Manager, Savannah Fox to ensure appropriate action is taken and records are maintained with Kane Realty.
