The Information & First Aid Booth is a vital part of our event. You will have the Event Book complete with all vendor information, maps, and volunteer check-in/out shift information. You will not be required to perform first aid-but to notify our CERT team if aid is needed. This is also where lost & found as well as misplaced children would be kept until reunited with guardians. In addition you will have the hard copy of the day's safety plan. Headsets are provided for this role so that you can be in contact with Day of Event Planner and Vendor Boss. If you have patience, love people and love to inform and engage this position is for you!

Vendor Check-out is a new role this year. We want our space to be left better than we found it. To ensure that vendors have cleaned up their area including boxes, papers, trash, recycles each Vendor is required to have a Check-out Volunteer sign-off. You will be reporting directly to the Vendor Boss.
