About the event

We call it the “Colorado” wine festival because you’ll find wine made in the state of Colorado! We celebrate local wineries and vendors with a grape day in Memorial Park over a backdrop of Pikes Peak, America's Mountain, complete with 3 live music artists, local food trucks and tasty treats to pair with your wine samples. Tickets include access to sample all the delicious Colorado wines, meads, and glögg that will be offered, along with a tasting glass and 6-bottle wine tote bag. VIP ENTRY - 11 AM GEN ADMIN - 12:30 PM Shuttle services & ride share drop off locations offered.

About the application

Volunteer with us for a fun day of Wine and Food! We have multiple shifts available, and all come with their own perks. Shifts are first come, first serve, so choose quickly!

7:00am - 11:30 am Set Up - Help vendors and wineries unload and carry items to their spot to ensure that we are able to move vehicles as quickly as possible. Put up signage, set up tables and chairs, etc. Put wine glasses into tote bags. This shift includes free entry into the event, parking, a volunteer T-shirt, and a free glass.
Ticket and ID Check	Memorial Park, Manitou Springs, CO	Jun 07, 2025 10:45 am - 4:30 pm	8	6
NO LATER THAN 10:45am - 4:30pm - Help check ticket holders in, check ID, put on appropriate wrist band, and hand out tote bags with wine glasses. VIP admission is 11:00am followed by General Admission at 12:30pm with gates closing at 4pm. This shift includes free lunch from one of our food trucks, a commemorative glass, a volunteer t-shirt, and parking.
Tear-Down	Memorial Park, Manitou Springs, CO	Jun 07, 2025 4:45 pm - 7:45 pm	10	3
4:45pm until completed (8pm-ish)- Tear down. Help vendors and wineries load leftover items back into vehicles, take down tents, chairs, tables, and signage. This shift includes a bottle of wine from a local winery, a volunteer t-shirt, and parking.
