Pontoon Boat Ride

Guide visitors on a enjoyable and relaxing ride along the Roanoke River. Captain- Drives Boat Spotter- Assist with loading and un-loading of boat and making sure visitors have life jackets on. Dock Assistant- Makes reservations for guests, controls times and lines, gets waivers signed.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. 2. Applications are accepted upon availability. 3. Application has been completed accurately. 4. Volunteers are representing The National Black Bear Festival and should conduct themselves appropriately. If inappropriate behavior occurs while representing the festival, the volunteer will be asked to leave and may be banned from future Festivals. 5. Volunteers must check in 15 minutes prior to their assigned shift. 6. Any equipment issued to volunteers must be returned at end of shift (unless otherwise communicated). 7. Volunteers should enter their shift with a glad and joyful heart.
