Table & Chairs Set Up & Break Down

I need a small group of volunteers to help with set up and break down for this event. You must arrive 9:30PM on December 13th at 400 Ernest Barrett Parkway (Town Center Mall) and we will meet in front of Macys & Forever21 to set up tables and chairs. Break down will be event day (December 14th at 6PM)

Terms and Conditions for Volunteer Application Event Setup and Breakdown Assistance (Tables and Chairs) By submitting this application to volunteer for setting up and breaking down tables and chairs before and after the event, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Eligibility 1.1 Volunteers must be at least 13 years of age on the day of the event. 1.2 A parent or guardian's consent is required for volunteers under the age of 18. 2. Responsibilities 2.1 Volunteers are responsible for assisting with the setup of tables and chairs prior to the event and the breakdown and proper storage of equipment after the event concludes. 2.2 Volunteers must adhere to all instructions provided by the event organizers or designated supervisors. 2.3 Volunteers must use care when handling equipment to ensure safety and to prevent damage to property. 3. Safety 3.1 Volunteers must wear closed-toe shoes and attire appropriate for physical activity. 3.2 Volunteers are expected to practice safe lifting techniques and request assistance when lifting heavy items. 3.3 Any injuries or hazards encountered during volunteering must be immediately reported to the event supervisor. 4. Time Commitment 4.1 Volunteers must arrive on time for their assigned shifts and remain until their tasks are completed, unless excused by the event supervisor. 4.2 Volunteers must inform the event organizers in advance if they are unable to attend their scheduled shift. 5. Code of Conduct 5.1 Volunteers must act respectfully and professionally towards all event participants, staff, and other volunteers. 5.2 Volunteers must not engage in disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior. 6. Liability and Waiver 6.1 Volunteers acknowledge that participation involves physical activity and agree to assume all risks associated with volunteering. 6.2 Volunteers (or their parent/guardian if under 18) agree to release the event organizers, venue, and affiliated parties from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur while volunteering. 7. Termination of Participation 7.1 The event organizers reserve the right to dismiss any volunteer whose actions are deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive. 8.
