By applying to volunteer as a judge for our Kids Talent Show, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility: Applicants must be at least 21 years old and have no direct relationship (parent/guardian) with any participant in the talent show.
2. Commitment: As a volunteer judge, you are expected to attend all designated judging sessions promptly and remain for the duration of the event.
3. Confidentiality: You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any private information about participants and judging criteria shared during the event.
4. Unbiased Judging: You agree to evaluate participants fairly and without bias, based solely on the established judging criteria.
5. Code of Conduct: Judges must uphold a professional demeanor, treating all participants, fellow judges, and event staff with respect and courtesy. Discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
6. Non-Compensation: This is a volunteer role, and no monetary compensation will be provided.
7. Media Release: You consent to the use of your image and likeness in any event-related media or promotional materials.
8. Release of Liability: By participating as a judge, you agree to hold the event organizers harmless from any claims or liabilities that may arise during the event.
