PopCon Indy Area Lead Application

When creating a profile images need to be 1200 x 800 pixels or smaller. Area Leads are in charge of various areas through out the show. They are vital to the success of PopCon. Below are a few of the responsibilities that are done by area leads: Give your volunteers breaks through out the day. Volunteers should have at least an hour for lunch. Solve customer service questions to the best of your ability. If you can not answer a question contact Les, Carl, or Kris. Preferably in that order. Note volunteers that go above and beyond as well as that fall below expectations. Report security issues to the Indiana Convention Center Staff. Report first aid issues to the Indiana Convention Center Staff. Assist with managing lines of attendees. Assist with any emergency evacuation procedures.

Give a Day, Get a Day - We understand you are volunteering because you are a fan of the con. We also understand that will be busy at your area the majority of your time at PopCon and may not be able to go out and enjoy the show. You will be able to get a single three day pass or a wrist band for each day you work to give to your friends and family to use. Simply give Les their information and the pass or wrist bands will be available for pick up at the volunteer lounge 231 Food - You will be given per diem each day you work as an Area Lead
