Sisters Folk Festival Volunteer Application

PLEASE READ BEFORE SELECTING SHIFTS! All shifts are first come first serve, but instead of choosing your shift, you are selecting shifts for us to ASSIGN to you. Please select your top shifts in the department(s) of your choice. Departments are divided up by venue or event. Examples of departments include SAW Set Up, OL Bar, VG Merch, Kickoff Party Bar, etc. You can pick up to 4 departments, and then any number of shifts within a department. *Note that the system will prevent you from picking overlapping shifts, so be aware of the shifts you chose. We will do our best to place you in at least one of your chosen shifts, but it will depend on what gets taken by volunteers who have signed up before you. Noting your desired availability helps us to put you in shifts that you want. Shifts are assigned based on your qualifications, past volunteer experience, and availability. If you need to cancel a shift, or change a shift, you will need to contact the Events Manager. We do our best to get you shifts you enjoy, but know that with hundreds of volunteers applying it won't always be possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
