By submitting this application, I agree to the following terms and conditions for volunteering at the Eggtastic Easter Event in Little Elm:
1. Background Check Requirement
I understand that as part of the application process, I am required to undergo a background check. I consent to this check and agree to provide any necessary information to complete it.
2. Submission of Valid Driver’s License Photo
I will submit a current, clear photo of my driver’s license to verify my identity. I agree to email the photo directly to Ellie Peters at ellie.peters@littleelm.org within one week of completing this application.
3. Confidentiality and Privacy
All personal information, including my background check results and driver’s license photo, will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and used solely for volunteer application processing and identification verification.
4. Eligibility and Authorization
I certify that I am at least 18 years old and eligible to volunteer. By providing my information, I authorize the Town of Little Elm to use it for verifying my qualifications to volunteer at this event.
5. Volunteer Expectations
I agree to adhere to all volunteer guidelines and expectations provided by the Town of Little Elm, including attendance, event conduct, and safety protocols.
6. Right to Decline
The Town of Little Elm reserves the right to decline volunteer applications based on the results of the background check or other eligibility criteria.
