Hospitality Clean-up Crew

VOLUNTEER DUTIES INCLUDE: 1) Cleaning Crew is responsible for the cleanliness of the entire event site. Removal of trash and food particles from all tables, sanitize tables after guest use. Pick up random trash on the grounds of the event and replace event chairs to the dining areas when you see them located randomly throughout the event. 2) At least 1 volunteer at each dining area to continually sanitize tables and chairs after use and discourage attendees from removing chairs from dining areas. -Clearing tables of garbage and sanitizing items in following areas of event as needed: -Bars (high top tables) -Seating Area Tables and Chairs throughout the event site -Dining tent tables and chairs - If you see garbage lying ANYWHERE, please pick it up and throw in trash containers to keep our event clean for our patrons. -Assist with setting up tables and chairs prior to event each day. (1st SHIFT ONLY) 2) Discourage patrons from removing chairs from seating areas and bars -Gather chairs and return to dining tent area in event each day. (End of day SHIFT ONLY) 3) END OF SHIFT If you are 1st or 2nd shift, please wait until your replacements arrive before leaving. Last shift, your shift ends after final clean-up. Please see your Volunteer Coordinator if you run out of supplies. Bin with all cleaning supplies, paper towels and rubber gloves will be in the Cheney truck. One person must remain in each area at all times. (An additional volunteer can rotate to busiest areas.)

ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST CHECK IN AT THE VOLUNTEER CHECK IN BOOTH LOCATED AT Village of Wellington Amphitheater , 12100 Forest Hill Blvd. Wellington, Fl 33414. SIGN IN; PICK UP VOLUNTEER T-SHIRT. DRINKS/SNACKS AVAILABLE AT STAFF/VOLUNTEER CHECK-IN TENT. Volunteers must arrive 15 – 30 minutes prior to their shift to ensure that you are at the assigned location to relive prior shift volunteers. Please take time prior to your shift to walk the event and familiarize yourself with the site layout. While performing the duties as stated at your volunteer location: - Volunteers will be required to sit, speak, listen, use hands, handle, or operate devices or tools and reach with hands and arms. -Volunteers may be required to walk and stand for a couple hours at a time. -Volunteers will work outside in various climates and environments. Be dressed for the weather and be prepared if it changes! -Works closely with others. -Be mindful of temperatures and drink/eat as needed – stay hydrated! Bring water, snacks, cooler as needed -If you need a break, please call your coordinator to replace you at your station until you return. -Volunteers should provide cell # to coordinator and have coordinators cell #. Attendees are welcome to bring their own chairs. No coolers or drinks may be brought in. By attending the festival, guests and participants voluntarily assume all and any risks.
