Welcome Guests - Greet attendees as they arrive and create a friendly atmosphere. - Check-in process using the IPAD and Eventeny link. Answer Questions - Provide information about the event schedule, location of restrooms, and other amenities. - Address any concerns or issues that guests may have. - Monitor attendance. - Keep track of the number of attendees as they check in. - Report any discrepancies or issues to the event coordinator. - Assist with special needs. - Be prepared to assist guests with disabilities or special needs during check-in. - Ensure accessibility for all attendees.

Food and Beverage Cleanup -Clean up food and drink stations, including any spills. - Collect and dispose of any leftover food, ensuring proper disposal methods. Restroom Checks - Inspect restrooms and restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.) if necessary. - Ensure restrooms are clean and tidy. Surface cleaning - Wipe down tables, counters, and any surfaces used during the event. - Clean up any stains or spills from floors. Decorations - Take down decorations and banners. - Pack and store items for future use if applicable.
