Please double check all supplies and list. - Ensure signage is clear for guests to find the check-in area. - Prepare Registration Materials - Organize wristbands, or tickets for attendees. - Have pens and any necessary forms ready for guests. Welcome Guests - Greet attendees as they arrive and create a friendly atmosphere. - Check-In Process using the IPAD and eventeny link. Answer Questions - Provide information about the event schedule, location of restrooms, and other amenities. - Address any concerns or issues that guests may have. - Monitor Attendance - Keep track of the number of attendees as they check in. - Report any discrepancies or issues to the event coordinator. - Assist with Special Needs - Be prepared to assist guests with disabilities or special needs during check-in. - Ensure accessibility for all attendees. Closing Duties - Everyone should be checked in by 7:30 PM. Please check in with event coordinator before you leave your post.

message Cleanup Crew Duties Trash and Recycling Collection - Gather and dispose of all trash and recycling from tables, floors, and common areas. - Replace trash bags as needed. - Table and Chair Breakdown. Return to basement of barn in designated location. - Clear and stack tables and chairs in designated areas. - Ensure all furniture is returned to its original position. Food and Beverage Cleanup -Clean up food and drink stations, including any spills. - Collect and dispose of any leftover food, ensuring proper disposal methods. Restroom Checks - Inspect restrooms and restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.) if necessary. - Ensure restrooms are clean and tidy. - Surface Cleaning - Wipe down tables, counters, and any surfaces used during the event. - Clean up any stains or spills from floors. Decorations Removal - Take down decorations and banners. - Pack and store items for future use if applicable.
