Take a step in the right direction by joining Festival at Bel Air in spreading awareness on mental health among Generation Z and Young Millennials. We’re taking Maryland’s official exercise and using it to not only benefit from physical activity, but also shed light on the rise of depression, anxiety, and other mental illnesses affecting our youth. Stride with us every Wednesday as we aim to SET A RECORD and make a CHANGE in our community.
Kicking off on Walk Maryland Day, WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 2ND, Festival at Bel Air invites people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds to walk 3 miles (3 laps) around the shopping center with the help of our volunteer guides. Guests can also enter our Mental Health Headquarters to learn more about the ongoing battle our youth is facing.
IT DOESN”T STOP THERE - we’re keeping the momentum going every Wednesday in October and encouraging our Bel Air community to get moving.
