message Help us set up animatronic and other special spooky attractions, close streets, direct participants to their spots, and remove no parking signs.

message Take cash and Venmo payments and help manage the line for the Uptown Express train ride

message Check in Costume Contest participants: take their information, give them a number, and take a picture of each costume for the judges to consider. Help the judges understand which costumes are in which categories so they can make their decision.

message Photograph each trunk/booth along SW 3rd and SW Maple. Decide on a 1st place, 2nd place, and 3rd place winner. Bring awards to each winner, and take a picture of their trunk/booth, along with their award, to be featured on social media. You are done once all awards have been handed out and award images have been transferred to the Uptown Association Director.

message Take cash and Venmo payments and help manage the line for the Uptown Express train ride, then help pack up the train with ticket booth and stanchions.

message Look over the pictures of submissions and choose a winner for each of three categories: best single costume, best group costume, and best homemade costume. Hand out the prizes.

message Take down barricades, take down and store animatronic attractions, complete a sweep of the neighborhood to pick up trash and any forgotten decorations, signage, etc.
