Back by Popular Demand, the Albuquerque Fermentation & Fungi Fest Returns! After an amazing debut last year, we're back and bigger than ever! Join us for the 2nd Annual Albuquerque Fermentation & Fungi Fest, hosted by the Downtown ABQ Arts & Cultural District. What’s New This Year? More fermentation & fungi demos: We’re doubling down on our love for fermentation and fungi with even more demos and fun facts about these incredible organisms! Expanded Vendor Market: We're inviting more local vendors from across New Mexico to join us this year to offer a wider selection and variety of the finest fermentation and fungi products. What's Returning: Battle of the Breads Competition Local eats and treats Fermented Beverages Fun DJ Join us as we continue to educate and inspire the public about the art and science of fermentation and the incredible world of fungi. The morning shift will cover the following: -Assisting with vendor market setup - Directing vendors, putting out cones, putting up directional signage. - Setting up the merchandise table / managing the merch table -Assisting with ticketing at the entrance -Managing the "Battle of the Breads" check-in table
Mid-day Shift	FUSION	Oct 20, 2024 11:00 am - 2:00 pm	2	3
The mid-day shift will cover the following: -Attendee event questions [help attendees find vendors, demos, etc.] -Demo class & educational presentations guide [help attendees get to the proper location] - Managing the merch table -Assisting with ticketing at the entrance -Managing the "Battle of the Breads" check-in table -Setting up "Battle of the Breads" competition table
Evening Shift	FUSION	Oct 20, 2024 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm	3	3
The evening shift will cover the following: -Attendee event questions [help attendees find vendors, demos, etc.] -Demo class & educational presentations guide [help attendees get to the proper location] - Managing the merch table -Assisting with ticketing at the entrance -Event clean up: clear market, clear entrance, clear signage, etc.
