Transformation is a celebration and crucial fundraiser for programs at The Center on Colfax that transform people's lives and our community with support and resources offered year-round. This year, we honor the phoenix, embodying the essence of transformation and radical process of renewal. It is consumed by fire, only to rise from its own ashes with restored resilience. This reminds us of our community's ability to overcome adversity and challenges to emerge stronger and ever more vibrant than before. Please come celebrate the amazing work going on at The Center on Colfax including our mental health program, support groups, IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility) training with an LGBTQ+ lens, and a strong community network for the LGBTQ+ community, youth, young adults, seniors, Colorado's transgender and gender diverse community, our queer community members with disabilities, and more.
