I recognize the infectious nature of COVID-19 and understand that the CDC and other public health authorities still recommend maintaining social distancing. Additionally, I acknowledge that URCC Inc cannot ensure that I will not contract COVID-19. I am aware that the risk of exposure to or infection by COVID-19 may arise from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others. By choosing to volunteer with Undiscovered Realm Comic Con, I accept that I am increasing my risk of exposure to COVID-19. I understand that I must follow all established procedures to help minimize the spread during the event.
In light of my intention to volunteer at the Blood and Ink Tattoo & Horror Convention, I willingly assume all responsibility for any risk of property damage or bodily injury that I might incur while participating in the event or any related activities, including the use of equipment. Furthermore, I, along with my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, release and discharge WCTattoo/Addicted To Ink and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action that I or my representatives may have in connection with my volunteer participation. If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. I confirm that I have no known mental or physical conditions that would hinder my ability to participate fully as expected. Moreover, I have thoroughly read and understood this release and indemnification, and I sign this document of my own free will.
