About the application

Thank you for applying to join us this year! This volunteer application is for Tokyo, OK: REWIND July 11-13, 2025. Set up for the event is Thursday, July 10. Tear down for the event is Sunday, July 13.

Terms & Conditions

All volunteers must complete a total of 12 hours and help out with either event setup or teardown. It is required that you participate in either setup or teardown & orientation. If you are unable to assist with either, you will not be able to volunteer. The event is run by volunteers. All positions are unpaid. Volunteers must be 16 years of age or older by Wednesday, July 9, 2025. There are some exceptions to this requirement if a parent or legal guardian is also volunteering. The deadline for signing up is June 6, 2025. You will be notified by email by June 13, 2025, if you are selected as a volunteer. If you are selected as a volunteer, please remember that your behavior is an example to the other attendees. If your behavior is not to the standard of OS4CA, you may lose some or all incentives earned, be relieved of duty, and possibly be removed from the convention. Please ensure you read our Code of Conduct prior to applying.
