By submitting this application, volunteers are willingly offering their time. By submitting this application, the volunteer does hereby and forever discharge Laurel Main Street, the event Sponsor, and the City of Laurel of and from all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity from any loss or damage to the undersigned’s property or person while in possession, supervision or auspices of Laurel Main Street, its agent, representatives or employees, or those of the event Sponsor and the City of Laurel. By submitting this application, the volunteer indicates that he or she has read and agrees to comply with the terms and conditions. Violation of these conditions or any violation of law will result in the volunteer's immediate removal and the volunteer expressly agrees to waive any rights to recourse or to demand a refund to claim damages on such grounds. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
