Set-Up and Tear-Down

Our set-up and tear-down volunteers are INVALUABLE!! If you can lift, carry, bend and set, you're qualified! You'll receive a festival shirt, water bottles and a meal ticket for each 4 hour shift worked. This position involves helping unload vehicles then putting up tents, hanging sponsor banners, assembling recycle kits, placing tables, chairs, umbrellas, cones and parking signs. It does not involve any set-up or tear-down related to stage or sound.

When it comes to tear-down, many hands make quick work, and we can use all the help we can get. It involves taking down tents, banners, cones, parking signs, collecting tables, chairs & umbrellas, disassembling recycle kits and loading into vehicles. You'll receive a festival t-shirt, water bottles and a meal ticket for each 4 hour shift you work. We are beyond grateful for those to sign up for tear-down, so thank you from the bottom of our hearts for considering it.
