Terms & Conditions

All volunteers receive a coveted Hillsboro Music Festival t-shirt and a bottle of water upon check-in for your shift. Those working two or more shifts will also receive a meal ticket. CHECK IN TIME is 30 minutes before the shift begins. This gives you time to change your into your festival t-shirt (if you'd like), get your water bottle and be at your assigned spot to relieve your fellow... + More

Please allow time for parking in order to arrive promptly at 10:00 am. Check in at the Information Tent to get your festival t-shirt, water bottle and a meal ticket if you're working a 4 hour or more shift. You'll check ID to be sure the guest is over 21 years of age, then secure a bracelet on their wrist. Everyone must be ID'd and have a bracelet to buy beer, cider or wine - no exceptions. Table, chairs and shade are provided.
