Terms & Conditions

All volunteers receive a coveted Hillsboro Music Festival t-shirt and a bottle of water upon check-in for your shift. Those working two or more shifts will also receive a meal ticket. CHECK IN TIME is 30 minutes before the shift begins. This gives you time to change your into your festival t-shirt (if you'd like) and be at the assigned spot to relieve your fellow team member. There you'll receive your festival t-shirt, water bottle and a meal ticket if you're working two or more shifts. Alcohol Monitors are posted key points to be sure guests aren't entering or leaving with an alcoholic beverage in their hand. It's a fun post and right on the lawn near the stage!

Please allow time for parking in order to check in at the Information Booth 30 minutes before your shift begins. There you'll receive your festival t-shirt, water bottle and a meal ticket if you're working two or more shifts. Greeters will be stationed at entry/exit points to welcome guests, answer questions and point out the posted rules for entry. This position involves standing and sitting; chairs and shade umbrellas are provided. Alcohol Monitors will walk through the event as a presence to keep an eye on things and for help if needed. This position involves observation, walking, standing and sitting as needed.
