Volunteers for 2024 Katy Rice Harvest Festival

Join us at the 2024 Katy Rice Harvest Festival, co-hosted by The City of Katy and the Rotary Club of Katy! We're on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals like you to help us ensure the success of this community event. Mark your calendars from October 11th to October 13th for a variety of volunteering opportunities tailored to your schedule. Whether you prefer a morning, afternoon, or evening shift, there's a slot just right for you! Volunteers can choose their preferred committees for participation. Please note that committee assignments are subject to availability and the number of applicants. Remember, each individual must apply separately. We kindly request not to register multiple individuals under one account. Let's make this festival a memorable experience together! October 11th will be strictly a volunteer appreciation night and not an actual shift!

By participating as a volunteer, you agree to release and hold harmless the City of Katy, its officers, employees, and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses that may arise. You also commit to adhering to the rules and procedures set forth by the City of Katy to the best of your ability. It is understood that volunteer services provided to the City of Katy are voluntary and without expectation of remuneration or monetary gain. Furthermore, you acknowledge that volunteers are responsible for their own insurance coverage, including medical, automobile, and liability insurance, as well as any other necessary coverage. Volunteers are not covered by City insurance, including Worker's Compensation. You certify that you are physically capable of performing the duties for which you have volunteered.
