About the event

Asheville Veganfest is on October 6 for our second festival of the year. We're bringing a very FUN Family Fun Zone, shopping, DJ and Emcee, and lots of incredible vegan food, and more to Pack Square Park for our Fall Edition!! You don't want to miss this fun event. Mark your calendars and get your tickets, swag bags, VIP, VIP PLUS, and/or merch ahead of the festival. $5 Suggested donation ahead of the event or at the festival is requested. $15 Swag Bag option will be available! Compostable bag filled with $50+ worth of samples and coupons. $25 - VIP tickets - enter the event 30 minutes early. Get a cool upgraded goody bag that is reusable with items different from the swag bags. Limited to 100. Get entered into our raffle and get 25 entries for each VIP Entry you purchase. $100+ worth of samples and coupons. $35 - VIP PLUS - Not interested in a bag filled with items you don't want or need? Our VIP PLUS will be a cool reusable bag (different from the VIP bag) and also comes with a vegan shirt design different from any you can purchase at our booth. Enter the event 30 minutes early to shop before the crowds. Make sure to let us know your shirt size! Winners will be picked randomly after the festival and winners will be notified via email. About the application

Join us to help bring the festival to life. We can' t do this without you. All volunteers will get a swag bag plus a t-shirt and if you join us for the whole day, you'll get lunch too. This is a great way to make new friends. We can't do this without you!!

Join us on Saturday afternoon for lunch and bags. We will fill the swag bags to get ready for the festival the following day and you'll get to enjoy the education day event too. You're welcome to come early at 10am to help us setup and stay with us through 6pm to breakdown.

Join us bright and early to help get everything set up before the vendors even arrive. We will unload the truck, get the vegfest booth set up, set up tents, tables, chairs, feather banners, and more. There can be heavy lifting involved. Skills needed: ability to lift 25 plus pounds, setting up generators and electricity (outdoor festivals), setting up tents, organizing a festival booth, moving tables/chairs and setting them up, filling water weights and setting up feather banners, and more.

Join us to set up the festival, breakdown the festival, and to work in our booth over the course of the day. You'll help with sales, asking for donations, giving out free samples, asking attendees to spin our prize wheel. You'll be a part of the team for the day. Everyone who joins us for the day will get lunch in addition to a swag bag and t-shirt.

Join us for the afternoon and to close out the event by helping with our vendor booth, trash clean up, assisting vendors, especially with vendor load out, and breaking down the festival. Breaking down the event will involve heavy lifting and loading a truck plus breaking down tents, tables, chairs, and more.
