Volunteer Application

We appreciate your interest in volunteering at the Meeting Street Music Fest! Volunteers are crucial to making festivals thrive, and you can score a free t-shirt. There are so many different ways you can get involved, from assisting with the hospitality team to ensure volunteers, staff, and stage staff, are fed and hydrated, to selling T-shirts, and collecting zip codes. The possibilities are endless! Have you considered being a Crew Coordinator? It's an excellent opportunity to take on more responsibility and get something special in exchange. As a coordinator, you would be in charge of contacting volunteers and setting schedules before the festival. During the festival, you would be responsible for ensuring your crew shows up and filling in when needed. We need some core people to step up and take on more significant roles to help make the Meeting Street Music Fest a success. Thank you for investing your time to make this free community event successful. ALL VOLUNTEERS UNDER 18 MUST HAVE PARENTS SIGN A WAIVER AND TURN THEM IN VIA EMAIL OR IN PERSON DURING CHECK-IN.

1) You must fill out the volunteer waiver and send via email to events@westcolumbiasc.gov. 2) Volunteers under 18 must have a parent or guardian's signature on volunteer waiver, as well as their own signature.
