General Staffing Application

Thank you for your interest in staffing Anime Milwaukee 2025! We're excited to have the chance to work with you to put on our show for thousands of like-minded fans in Wisconsin. We will be asking for information to help us communicate with you and meet your needs as a staffer. We do not share this information with anyone outside of our organization. Please fill out all fields to the best of your ability, even if you've staffed with us for a decade and have us all on Facebook already. Please Note: Legal First Name and Legal Last Name are unfortunately requirements. We're sorry we have to ask, but it's required by law. Every effort will be made to ensure that only your chosen name is given to anyone but the Chief of Staff team. PLEASE also, upload a photo of yourself for for us to be able to identify you at staff check in. Also, when you are selecting your departments of interest please select them based on your preferences of 1st, 2nd and 3rd. We try our best to accommodate your 1st preference but we cannot guarantee it based on staffing needs and taking your skill set and or convention experience or lack thereof into consideration when routing your application to said departments.

Staff Requirements: - Understanding that this is a volunteer role and not a paid position. - Must be at least 18 years old - Must be available Friday-Sunday including set up and tear down, with opportunities for work on Wednesday and Thursday based on the department you are accepted to join. - Must adhere to Anime Milwaukee's Staff Code of Conduct at all times. - Must be able to attend meetings that are deemed mandatory for all staff. There may be additional screening required for some departments as they may have specific requirements that we would like to make sure are acceptable to you prior to the department accepting your application. Some divisions or departments may require a signed NDA due to the nature of the information shared within the division or department.
