Event Setup/Take Down Crew

Whether you're a fan of aviation, seeking thrills, or just wanting a memorable weekend with loved ones, the Gulf Coast Salute Airshow guarantees unmatched excitement and entertainment. This position will help staff with the setup of the event. Including moving barricades, setting up signage, and various other tasks associated with event logistics.

1. By submitting this application, the volunteer commits to offering services at events in the chosen capacity. 2. Both parties acknowledge that the volunteer's services are voluntary, and the volunteer does not anticipate any salary, wages, or benefits for these services. 3. The volunteer agrees to abide by the guidance and instructions of assigned personnel, employees, or volunteers, and to engage in any necessary training if needed. 4. The Volunteer acknowledges not being considered an employee of the event, except for tort claims and injury compensation, during the voluntary services. 5. The Volunteer is aware that if they cause harm or damage while deviating from assigned duties, they may be personally liable for any resulting financial obligations. 6. The volunteer agrees that liability for ordinary negligence during their volunteer service applies solely to actions within the agreed scope, excluding gross negligence, willful misconduct, or criminal behavior. 7. The volunteer commits to fully collaborating with the event and its representatives in any legal proceedings related to this agreement and promptly reporting any incidents that may lead to liability. 8. Both parties understand that the volunteer assignment may be terminated by either party at any time.
