A group of volunteers will be assisting the Vendor Manager and other members of management during Vendor check-in. Most of this shift will be spent running across the field from one place to another showing vendors where to go and who to talk to. Radio experience is a plus but not necessary, this is a fast-paced position and very important to a successful event.

Our family games area will consist of a Boffer Arena (run by their company employees), a mermaid pond, the Gossamer Glade (fairy tent/crafts), and free games for children to play at their own risk such as the catapults and other easy games.
This is fun to do with a friend or two, or come alone and make new friends!

A team of volunteers will work together to ensure that they are aware of each stage's performance and make sure that the performer is ready to go on at least 5 minutes before their scheduled time. There will be areas set up behind each stage for performers and volunteers to keep their belongings. Water and snacks will be available as well.
All volunteers must attend a volunteer training class on September 15 to sign all necessary paperwork and receive training for their position.

A UTV will be available to drive a small trailer around to collect garbage bags that are full from the receptacles spread out over the faire site. There will be a dumpster available to dispose of the collected waste.

Led by the Combat Vet Riders, our security team will spend time at the front gate, the tavern, or walking the site keeping drama to a minimum. The Combat Vet Riders have experience with Event Security and are happy to instruct additional volunteers if needed.

The Tavern Manager has graciously offered a position in the tavern as a lackey of some sort or another. You get to dress up and act like someone else for a day and have fun doing it! IF you have your MAST license you might get to do something other than be a "Go Fer".
