Thank you for your interest in General Staffing Colorado Anime Fest 2025!
We're excited to have the chance to work with you to put on our show for thousands of like-minded fans. We will be asking for information to help us communicate with you and meet your needs as a staffer. We do not share this information with anyone outside of our organization. Please fill out all fields to the best of your ability, even if you've staffed with us for a decade and have us all on Facebook already.
Please Note:
Legal names are unfortunately requirements because the hotel will check ID for room check-in . We're sorry we have to ask, but it's required by law. Every effort will be made to ensure that only your chosen name is used at the show.
Also, When you are selecting your departments of interest please select them based on your preferences of 1st, 2nd and 3rd. We will try our best to accommodate your 1st preference but we cannot guarantee it based on staffing needs.

If you are unable to commit to the entire weekend and help make this convention run as smoothly as it does please consider filling out the Volunteering Application as it is for attendees who want to help but are unable to assist for longer periods.
After the application deadline (1/4/25), All applicants will be considered as volunteers and may not be able to take advantage of the full staff perks, which include: A free badge to attend the convention, free parking, a complimentary shared hotel room, food, and an exclusive staff T-shirt. The deadline allows us to book hotel space, print shirts, and prepare orders.
