message Assist with making sure participants pick up their welcome packets and find their table locations. Work with staff in preparing the space before the event begins. This includes but not limited to unloading, loading, and setting up materials/equipment. Assist vendors with finding their booth locations and inform them of where key event areas are located This also includes generally making it look acceptable.

message Assist with clean up at the end of the night. This includes loading, unloading, and breaking down materials/equipment. Instruct participants how and when to clean up their table areas and guide them to where they need to drop their trash. You will not be responsible for physically helping them pack-up, but assisting with information as to where they need to go and to providing any additional items, like trash bags, that are necessary.
