This October 14th, the hallowed grounds where the iconic series was filmed open up for an evening soaked in nostalgia, thrill, and pure Buffy essence! Unleash the Buffyverse character residing within you by adorning yourself in cosplay attire or bewitching homecoming ensemble. Your spirit will be a welcome addition to the mystical ambiance that envelopes the Courtyard Patio on The Hellmouth. Revel in a night where the boundary between the supernatural and the real world blurs, all whilst grooving to rhythmic tunes under the moonlit sky! Embark on a nostalgic pilgrimage around the campus, capturing memories where iconic scenes unfolded. About the application

Except for a couple of key roles, volunteers will be getting bounced around to different locations throughout the night to fill in where you are needed.

Terms & Conditions

Due to the nature and costs associated with this event, volunteers will not be receiving complimentary admission to this event. Instead, each approved volunteer will receive a link to purchase their admission at 50% off the published rate. This agreement releases Fandom Charities Inc., The Sunnydale Homecoming, Damn Good Shindig, and Torrance High School (The Hosting Parties) from all liability relating to injuries that may occur while volunteering personal time for the convention. By accepting, I agree to hold The Hosting Parties entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. I acknowledge the risks involved in Volunteer Work. These include but are not limited to fatigue, stress, and personal injury. I swear that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity. I acknowledge that I am not an employee of The Hosting Parties, and that in exchange for volunteer hours I am receiving no monetary compensation. I acknowledge I forfeit all rights to bring a suit against The Hosting Parties for any reason. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed. I agree to follow any and all terms and conditions/policies listed on Event Policies page. I understand that these policies may be updated at anytime with or without notice, and I will be held to the version that is currently posted at the time of the convention. If you are under the age of 18, you will have to be accompanied by a chaperone who had also been approved to volunteer at all times. If you are bringing someone under the age of 18 to volunteer, you agree that you have the ability and authority to accept these terms and conditions for them, and that you do agree to them on their behalf.
