Kirkwood Wine Stroll Volunteer Application

message Help pouring stations locate their wine and load their wine into cars, onto dollies or wagons.

message Help with setting up tents, check-in tables, barricades, hang signage, etc.

message Shift 1: 5:30pm - 8:00pm Checking in volunteers as they arrive and directing them to their designated area Distributing appropriate t-shirt to volunteer when they arrive for shift If second shift volunteers arrive to attend the stroll first, create and scan a ticket and give them a wristband and glass Answer questions about shift time, location, captain, etc

message Shift 1: 5:30pm - 8:30pm Providing directional assistance to guests (restrooms, first-aid, etc) Assisting guests with scanning QR code for app access Answering questions about entertainment schedule and locations of stages Acting as a liaison between check-in stations and assisting with bringing them items, etc as needed Helping volunteer check-in team, if needed

message Shift 1: 6:00pm - 8:30pm Scan tickets if pre-bought through FreshTix system Check IDs. Must be 21 or older. Born before 9.17.2001 Put on wristbands Direct ticket holders to their wine glass. They can pick up for themselves. Inform ticket holders about the digital passport. Scan QR Code or go to kwdwinestroll.app to get all the pouring station wine tasting notes.

message Break down tables, tents, check-in booths Collect lights and generators and bring to BaseCamp (truck near Anna’s BBQ) Move barricades to the side of the road Pick Up signage Place trash in dumpster behind Kirkwood Station Move items for secure storage to BaseCamp (truck near Anna’s BBQ)

message Collect all barricades from throughout festival zone Ensure all trash is moved to the dumpster at Kirkwood Station Inventory signage and reusable items Return items to KUCC and storage units
